Terms and Conditions
The following section, in conjunction with our privacy page, returns page and delivery page forms our company policy. Before submitting an order we recommend that you read and understand these policies. When you submit an order you are entering into a contract with YRM Metal Solutions Ltd and you may be bound by the terms described herein.
All prices quoted online exclude UK VAT where appropriate. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.
Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity. If we are unable to supply items you have ordered due to them being out of stock we will contact you. We will do this to inform you the items are out of stock.
We aim to despatch all online orders placed before 11:00am on the same day. In some cases this may not be possible. It is incumbent on the customer to be ready to receive their order when the courier arrives. A contact number is always required (which will not be passed onto 3rd parties).
Whilst the Company will do its utmost to keep its promised delivery dates, they are to be treated as estimates only. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods. Delays due to circumstances outside the control of the Company shall not entitle the purchaser to cancel an order or to refuse to accept delivery.
Postcodes – AB, PA, PH, IV & KW (48hrs -120hrs subject to Ferry Schedules and Weather)
Any parcels requested by the customer to be left safe on delivery will not be covered for insurance.

Rest of the world
Once you have placed your items in a basket, the contents will be emailed to ourselves, where we will be able to provide an accurate shipping cost. Alternatively you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your delivery address, YRM part numbers and quantities and we will be able to send you a quote.
We accept payment by all major credit, debit cards personal or business cheques. UK bankers drafts are accepted.
All on-line credit card transactions are processed through Sagepay or Paypal. At YRM Metal Solutions Ltd we do not collect or have access to your credit card details. All information is collected off-site through the Sagepay or Paypal website. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details.
When payments are made by bank transfer, any bank charges are to be paid by the customer.
Credit Card Security
We are ICO accredited and No credit/debit card detail are held by YRM Metal-Solutions Ltd.
In Accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are free to return goods unused for a period of 14 days after delivery. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. Postage & Packing will not be refunded for purchases and returns. Parts are subject to a 15% restocking charge after 14 days after order at our discretion. All goods should be returned packed to the same standard as when received, to avoid damage in transit.
We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. All product images are either owned by YRM Metal Solutions Ltd. Unauthorised use of images owned by YRM Metal Solutions Ltd will be taken very seriously.

The goods shall remain the property of YRM Metal Solutions Ltd until payment is received for all account sales, and the Company shall have the right at any time prior to receiving payment in full, to enter on to the purchaser’s premises to repossess the goods.
We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If you feel you have received substandard information or services from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent the same thing from happening again. The Company shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond the Company’s control.
