Delivery Information

Our key business is mail order. We dispatch parcels worldwide on a daily basis. If you are requiring delivery to a country not shown or require a service not featured please contact us for a quote in advance. Orders over £300 before VAT will not be charged carriage, for mainland UK only.

Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity. If we are unable to supply items you have ordered due to them being out of stock we will contact you. We will do this to inform you the items are out of stock.

Occasionally the size and weight of the parcels exceeds the basket amount and we may ask for additional funds to cover this.

We aim to despatch all online orders placed before 11:00am on the same day. In some cases this may not be possible. It is incumbent on the customer to be ready to receive their order when the courier arrives. A contact number is always required (which will not be passed onto 3rdparties).

Whilst the Company will do its utmost to keep its promised delivery dates, they are to be treated as estimates only. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods. Delays due to circumstances outside the control of the Company shall not entitle the purchaser to cancel an order or to refuse to accept delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the delivery company to rearrange at a time/date more convenient to yourself. Any items returned to ourselves, due to inability to deliver will be subject to a £5 handling charge, which is the customers responsibility to pay.

The Customer must sign for receipt of goods, to obtain any rights as to any following complaint. Goods received, which appear to be damaged, must be acknowledged by the signatory. If we have advised a delivery date any non-delivery must be advised by the Customer to the Company within 48 hours for the Company to investigate. (We strongly recommend that all items are checked upon delivery even if the packaging appears undamaged.)

You have the option to leave parcels ‘safe,’ by giving specific instructions on where the parcel can be left. Please note that if you choose to do this, insurance will be null and void for any losses.

Europe carriage

Under the new regulations brought in by Brexit, the customer is liable for all import duties owed at the time of import. These charges may vary depending upon the European country the parts are being imported into. Any failure to pay these duties, would result in the parts being returned to ourselves and the returned fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
