Steps

1

The 2nd row floor and upstand removed, mark a line between the front of the 2 rear wheel arches and cut along with jigsaw, if you wish to replace the full rear floor with YRM 114B you will require YRM 115C which is shorter than stand floor to allow for upstand coming onto floor further.

2

Offer the underfloor support in place as you can see it has been notched around the underfloor supports (YRM product ref 098).

3

Clamp the underfloor support in place ensuring the holes on the underfloor support line up with those on the C post angle (YRM product ref 074 & 075), then drill and rivet between the wheel arch to hold under floor support in place. Apply PVC tape between dissimilar metals.

4

Slide the 2nd row upstand in place as shown in photo, this is pre-cut and will slide then offer up to the front of the rear wheel arch. Apply PVC tape between dissimilar metals, then rivet in place along the underfloor support and wheel arch.

5

The LWB floor end caps go along the top of the upstand and underneath the C post angle as shown in photo this will need to be match drilled and riveted.

6

When fitting the 2nd row floor apply PVC tape to along sill rail (YRM product ref 070 & 071) and anywhere dissimilar metals touch and fix in place
